Strike Focus pad PU

Strike Focus pad PU by Elite Pro Gear

Give every punch a clear target with the Strike Focus pad PU by Elite Pro Gear. This PU focus pad is a training tool for working on punch placement, timing and combinations with a coach or training partner.

Bring focus to your pad sessions

Start with a single jab, then build up to your combinations. Your training partner sets the target position and pace, giving you an opportunity to practise controlled technique and react to changing cues.

Key features

• PU material: a polyurethane alternative to the leather version of the Strike Focus pad.
• Targeted punch drills: use focus pad exercises to practise accuracy, timing and combinations.
• Partner-based training: for pad work with a coach or training partner.
• Elite Pro Gear: part of the training equipment range available at Fightingworld.

What is a focus pad used for?

A focus pad is a handheld target for punching drills in boxing and for practising punching combinations in kickboxing. Unlike a stationary punching bag, it allows your partner to change the target position throughout the exercise.
